That's really odd.  I don't see any optical distortion as vehicles and scenery pass through the edges of that outline.  It looks like there is something stuck on the lens.  It reminds me of the clear protective film that is applied to electronic goodies for shipping .  .  .

I don't know how many of us speak Arabic.  So we may not be able to follow the dialogue.  But the issue at hand should be readily apparent .  .  .
