Is this any good?

HP Pavillion DV6-2151CL Entertainment Notebook. My cousin says it has a 16.9 screen, she wasn't specific, so idk if she meant 16.9" screen or 16:9 screen. Either way i'm happy.

http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/product.jsp?productId=prod1490076

Sams club has it for $750, my cousin says she saw it somewhere for $800-$850.

How about if i could get it for $450

I personally hate HP, but it's hard to argue with $300 off. LightScribe is bullshit, you'll never use it. (I had it for 3 years, not once touched.)
Also, the screen ratio is 16:9. Not the size. That's probably 15.6'' or so.

why do you hate HP? and what do you think this laptop is more geared towards?

i know it's entertainment, but what other than that is it good at? gaming? other stuff? what are the cons to the listed features?

I have a dv6, its a nice laptop, until the screen starts twitching and you have to either tap it or move it for it to work right, and the fact that my battery or hardware or something is messed up, it says "plugged in, not charging" and if I unplug it my battery goes down but will not charge back up, so its basically a desktop now. Those are both commonly reported problems as well.

Laptops are never good at gaming, except the ones built for it (Alienware). I had a bad experience with HP. I had a drive fail, my motherboard stopped working after 2 years (I know I had it for 3 but a total of 1 year was in unusable condition).

And the things look terrible. The stupid designs all over them and chrome trim. It's a laptop I want all black everything. I wish Lenovos didn't blow because I love their shells.

Oh whoops mine is actually a DV5. Don't get me wrong, I love it, its an awesome laptop, but i've had it for a little over a year and I already feel like it'll have to be into HP for some pricey mantinence soon.

and they get outdated in 2 months.
