Hmmm .  .  .

Isn't this like dial up ?

On a serious note,...

I actually remembering waiting 2-3hours for a 5k song to download on a Pentium 200 with a whopping 128mb of ram, at a rocketship 5kbps true transfer rate.

Todays a good day for me, I'm getting 20Mb/s.. well, according to the speed test.

Oh my !  That's impressive, especially compared to what my Mom has .  .  .

I think I could write down whatever I want to send, and hand deliver it faster .  .  .

I pay $13.95 a month, digital cable included. The modem is wireless and I live on an Island, closest test server is on the mainland. My computer is an Acer Netbook, 1gig ram, 1.6ghz, Intel Atom. The network card is really low rated(come on, its a $300 computer) Im sure it doesn't help results.
